30 Days Plan

Firstly, knowing about the Safety and integrity as a Team.

Understanding the expectations of my manager has for me.

Read all the relevant internal documents and get access to the
2 folders/accounts required for this job, Learn how the internal processes
and procedures work. understand from my previous manager.

Meet with my colleagues, introduce myself, and learn about their roles and
3 supporting functions within their BU. Identify strengths & weaknesses.

Set up recurring meetings with everyone along with BU functional


4 managers.

Ask my manager for feedback on my performance to familiarize myself


5 with his expectations and incorporate it in my future performance.

60 Days Plan

1 I will work along with the team and understand how each function is
working.

Identifying the skill gaps of each colleague and including me, on-boarding
2 a training plan – practically with real world case studies.

Complete the training courses to better on one and team of weakness


3 areas.

Interaction with other team managers within INOPC, introducing myself,


4 understand about the good methodologies in their team.

5 Taking feed back from my manager and also from the team colleagues

1 Analyzing my performance and establish KPI’S important for business.

Understanding about the department investments like software and new


2 hires, plan to make suggestions for new investments.

Develop an idea for a new project initiatives, to improve the cost-


3 effectiveness of the team.

Getting involved with activities in the company, Establish regular rhythm to
4 meet new people in the company.
