Because of lack of ERs in remote areas as well as in PHCs and CHCs
levels, the Sub-Distt. & Distt. Hospitals are over burdened, Results…

RESULTS
 Reduction in mortality & morbidity due to medical emergencies and RTAs
by providing emergency medical care services at the peripheral health
facilities.

 Reduced referral cases load by 40% within three months and improving the
quality of health services at Tertiary Care Institutions.

 Prepared a pool of master trainers to impart world class training for


emergency management.

 Emergency cases attending emergency from Jan to March was 961, Which
Increased to 4009 from April to 1st June.

 More than 700 serious patients has been stabilized in these newly
established Emergency Rooms till ending April .

Male Patient
Age : 20 yrs.
Location – ER AHGMC, Doda
Time : 1:00 pm ECG before treatment

No Pulse
No Breathing

Instantly ER team led by Dr. Amir SR Medicine with paramedical staff bring into action.
Finally about 60 mins. of CPR and DC shock in between ROSC Achieved.
Inotrope infusion started immediately to support Cardiac activity.
