What is Retooled Community Support Program?

RCSP is a convergence mechanism


for LGUs particularly in the
barangay for the identification of
issues and needed government
interventions.

The configuration and membership of the BSDT shall be

issues identified by the community during the profiling and/or

PPAs either thru LDIP and NGAs commitment during the RCSP or
LGU’s effort to access funding from direct national transfers;

• Monitor the status of implementation and assist in the crafting &


approval of the BDP; and

• Conduct the Summing-Up Sessions.

• RCSP Team shall conduct regular inspections/visits to targeted
barangays and summing-up activities at every end of the Phase.

- (2) assist and work hand-in-hand with the City/Municipal
RCSP Task Team for the validation of data inputs from the
dialogue sessions and solution-seeking tables.
