The configuration and membership of the BSDT shall be
determined by the RCSP Core Team and shall depend upon the
issues identified by the community during the profiling and/or
based on the results of Social Investigation Class Analysis
(SICA), data from the CBMS, Governance Audit Report (GAR),
Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs),
information from previous CSP immersion, among others.
