 There will be no NRBC in normal

human peripheral blood, except for
neonate and fetus.
 Because NRBC have cell nucleus
inside, it is always identified as
WBC.

b) How much is the nuclear acid? --- Affect the target quantity of the dye
c) The density of the chromatin? --- Affect the efficiency of the bonding
process
