Tạo Shortcut
Trên desktop
• Right click tại vị trí bất kỳ trên desktop
Tạo shortcut: • Xuất hiện menu – chọn New – click
Trên desktop shortcut
Trong các • Nhập đường dẫn trong mục
folder, ổ đĩa Command line hoặc click Browse để
chọn tuần tự: ổ đĩa\ thư mục \ tập tin
• Click next – gõ tên mới cho shortcut
• Click finish

-Double click vào Folder

-Trong cửa sổ folder cha
Chọn file trên menu –
chọn new – click

-Nhập đư­ờng dẫn hoặc
click browse chọn file,
gõ tên mới, click finish
Lưu ý :đư­ờng dẫn được sử dụng như trong MS - DOS

-Double click vào My

-Double click vào ổ đĩa
Chọn file trên menu – chọn

-Nhập đường dẫn hoặc
click browse chọn file, gõ
tên mới, click finish

• Là chương desktop
trình ứng dụng • Xuất hiện menu – chọn New –
để quản lý: đĩa, click shortcut
thư mục, file • Trong mục Command line
của win 3.1 nhập: C:\windows\winfile.exe
• Phân biệt, so • Hoặc click browse – chọn ổ
sánh giữa win C:\ Click folder WINDOWS –
3.1 và win 98 click winfile.exe
win 2000 • Click next – Click finish

File Manager
-Mở File manager: double click vào icon File manager.
- Cửa sổ file manager: click view trên menu chọn lệnh:
Tree and Directory: chia cửa sổ làm 2 vùng (cây và
thư mục)
Tree only: chỉ thể hiện cây
Directory: chỉ thể hiện thư mục hiện hành
-Thể hiện File trong thư mục hiện hành: click view chọn lệnh:
Name: chỉ hiện tên file.
All file details: hiện đầy đủ chi tiết về file
Partial details: hiện 1 phần chi tiết file
- Sắp xếp các file: click view chọn: sort by name. . . Tương
tự trong desktop

File manager
Thể hiện cấu trúc cây: click tree trên menu
-Expand one level: thể hiện 1 cấp thư mục hiện hành
-Expand Branch: toàn bộ nhánh cây
-Expand All: toàn bộ cấu trúc cây của đĩa
-Collapse Branch: tắt phần thể hiện thư mục hiện hành
Các lệnh Option:
Toolbar: ẩn hiện toolbar
Drivebar: ẩn hiện drivebar
Status bar: ẩn hiện Status bar
Font:
Font chọn font chữ
Font style: kiểu chữ
Size: kích thước chữ

Các lệnh về đĩa

Thay đổi ổ đĩa: click mouse vào biểu tượng ổ đĩa trên drivebar
Tạo thư mục: click file chọn Create directory

Gõ tên thư mục - OK

• Copy file: click file chọn copy

Nhập ổ đĩa \thư­mục - OK

• Di chuyển: click file chọn

move
Nhập ổ đĩa \thư­mục - OK

Các lệnh về đĩa

• Click window –
click new window –
chọn thêm ổ đĩa
• Copy thư mục, tập
tin: Ctrl + drag thư
mục, tập tin tới vị
trí mới
• Di chuyển thư
mục, tập tin: Shift
+ drag thư mục,
tập tin đến vị trí
mới

• Xoá thư mục, tập tin: Click file , thư mục - delete
• Đổi tên file, thư mục:
Chọn file, thư mục – click file trên menu – click
rename
