RISK:
Distance learning will reinforce teaching and learning approaches
that we know do not work well.
Academic risks wherein there is a students’ possibility of failing some of
their classes and lectures due to online classes and their loss of interest
with the new approach in teaching because of pandemic restriction.

Failure to deliver improvement in educational outcomes

OPPORTUNITIES:
Students are provided with a school email address and login for
the chosen live online lesson platform to ensure no personal
email addresses or usernames are used
Teachers should continuously monitor the students thru attendance
and have a contact information of parents to monitor the students

ACTION PLAN:
Continues development of teaching skills in using learning tools

Provide opportunities for all the school personnel to receive


educational training both inside and outside of the school and to
observe other organizations to increase their experience.
Bring the evaluation results into consideration to improve and increase
the effectiveness of the teachers and their activities.
Ensure that all employees receive ongoing professional development
to ensure that they have a basic understanding of academic
achievement

ACTION PLAN:
Provide a learning environment in the school which includes
equipment, materials, and teaching media which truly facilitate the
students’ knowledge acquisition and research.
Create and deliver strategy implementation training and a forum for all
employees
Educators and administrators must create student help programs or peer
tutoring programs to mitigate academic hazards. Students who are struggling
academically must be provided with enough and reasonable help as well as
opportunity to improve their academic standing.
Continuous enhancement of instruction by curriculum committee members, academic
unit heads, and faculty members of possible digital materials and e-resources to be
uploaded to the learning management system (bluebook) for the effective teaching-
learning process.

Get community leaders who you don’t have a relationship with to
endorse your organization

Having a competent speaker is very beneficial to the constituents,


especially those that are in necessities

Target specific areas for community outreach

Regularly and consecutively organize suitable virtuous outreach


for needy people.
