FINDINGS

So there are some findings of our projects

From the study it is observed that out of 105 respondents 63.8% of respondent thinks that
facilities are being improved after merging the bank and 36.1% thinks that facilities were better
before merging the bank.
It is also observed that 25.7% of respondents felt anxiety after hearing news of merging bank.
57% of respondent responded for No because they didn’t felt any anxiety.
CONCLUSION

From the above study we can determine that the customers

are aware of the bank merger. The merger of the bank has definitely increased the trust on
banks by the customer as the weaker banks have been joined together to be more efficient
and more productive which in turn will help in development of the economy. The
customers would make sure to use the online platform more efficiently if there is still
improvement. We can also see that the ratio of respondent below the age of 20 also have a
significant increase to have a bank account. This research definitely voices out the
perception of the customers towards various factors of banking industry, which conclude
by saying the mergers have a positive impact in the minds of customer.
