intended to provide detailed

STRUCTURE
1. Heading

Include your name and contact information, the date and the company
name and address. If you send your job application letter via email, you
can eliminate your name and contact information from the header and put
it at the bottom of the email after the signature instead.
2. Inside Address
Include the name, title, organization, and mailing address. Spell the
name correctly to avoid offending the recipient phone the company
if you do not know to whom to address the letter.
3. Salutation
A salutation is the greeting at the beginning of a cover letter that is
included with a resume when applying for a job.
4. Body
The body of your cover letter is the section which tells the hiring manager
what position you're applying for and why the employer should select you
for an interview. You're selling your candidacy to the reader, so it's
important to be specific about your qualifications as they relate to the
position.
5. Complimentary Close

A complimentary close, also known as a complimentary closing, is the term


inserted prior to your signature in an email message or a formal letter.
6. Signature
The signature on the application letter uses polite language such as regards
or sincerely. Then add a signature followed by a clear name. If sending via
email, you just need to write down your full name followed by contact
information
