Formation of fruits and seeds
 Seedsand fruits are formed by fertilization. In
angiosperms, two structures are formed as a result of
double fertilization a diploid zygote and a triploid
primary endosperm cell.
 Thezygote develops into an embryo, whereas, the
endosperm cell gives rise to endosperm. It provides
nourishment to the growing embryo.
 Bothfruits and seeds are an important part of
angiosperms.

Dispersal by Wind
 Fruits and seeds that depends on wind for dispersal
usually are light and small so they can float in the
air easily some have wing-liked structures or hairs
that worked like a parachute

Dispersal by animal
 One of the significant ways that animals
disperse plant seeds is by eating and pooing
them out Animals swallow down the fruits
without chewing the seeds, digest the fleshy
pulp and defecate the seeds.

Dispersal by water
 Generally, fruits and seeds that are dispersed
by water have adaptations that allow them to
float some of them even have waterproof skin
and a fibrous husk that traps air inside of them

Explosive mechanism
Some fruits when they upon dying up, burst
open suddenly with a great force to throw
away the seeds this scatters the seeds far
away from the parents in all directions

Germination
 germination, the sprouting of a seed, spore, or
other reproductive body, usually after a period of
dormancy In the process of seed germination,
water is absorbed by the embryo, which results in
the rehydration and expansion of the cells.
