Create 4 words out of the given
letters and post it on the space
provided in the board.
The first group to finish will shout the word
“operation” and one representative will share their
output.
WATCH ME!
The video is about the 4M’s of operation in running a
business. Before watching the video remind the students not
laugh with the character and things that they will see in the
video. Remind them to respect other's culture and tradition.
In watching also the video remind the students the safety tip
to follow"They have to avoid extra noise, because noise
pollution is not good and it is not good for us. Why?
Because others are concentrating and if they will be irritated
by your noise you might end up fighting with each other.

4Ms #1 Manpower:
refers to the workforce, whom will help a
business to produce more products.
An Entrepreneur needs
to hire good and
competent people to
produce quality
products.
4Ms # 2 : MACHINE
Refers to the devices and equipment used to perform
specific type of work and usually uses energy
(electricity ) to perform a task.
For Example: in food
industries, food processors
and indispensable in
producing products.
4Ms #3: Material
Pertains anything used as inputs to
production or manufacturing materials.
It can be a finished product or
an unprocessed raw material.
Raw materials are first
harvested, extracted and
processed to produce semi-
finished product.
4Ms # 4: Method
This refers to the ways of producing a
particular product from raw materials.
This may refer to traditional
method, such as producing
manually, or it may be
machine-assisted and
automated.

Group 1- Plan about how to secure a Good
Manpower and gather relevant materials for a business
by painting or drawing it.(VISUAL GROUP)

Group 2- Decide how to choose a machines for business


by making an advertisement (KINESTHETIC GROUP)
Group 3- Organized methods on how to start a
business by making a poem or song.(LINGUISTIC
GROUP)
