    DEVELOPMENT
    Development is a pattern of movement or change
    that begins at conception and continues throughout
    the life cycle

    According to Poerwanti (2005:2) "development is a


    process of qualitative change that refers to the
    quality of the function of the physical organs, and
    not to the physical organs, so that the emphasis on
    the meaning of development lies in the improvement
    of psychological functions which are manifested in
    the ability of physiological organs".
