PROMOTION/RECLASSIFICATION
FOR TEACHERS

 WHO MAY APPLY FOR PROMOTION?

 Teacher 1 or Teacher II with at least 3 years in teaching as


permanent in the current position may apply for TIII provided
they possessed identified qualification.

teaching related teaching personnel and non – teaching personnel
positions”.

 For Elementary Level will be conducted in the Division Office while


for secondary it will be conducted at the school, where the item
belong.

 School Heads and TIC’s are required to inform all qualified teacher
to apply for TII and III position and submit application on specific
date.

 Qualified teachers who did not submit their application shall


construed that they are not interested in the promotion.
z ELIGIBILITY

 Performance rating for three (3) consecutive rating period for have at
least very satisfactory rating.
 Personal Data Sheet

 Transcript of Records

 Eligibility Rating

 Trainings and Seminars

 PRC board rating

 Last appointment

 Updated Service Record

 Other outstanding Accomplishment

z A. On Allocation of School Head Position

 Existing school or cluster of school without school head position


shall provided with Head Teacher or Principal Position.

 The allocation of positions of school head per school or cluster of


school are as follow;
 One HT for school with at least 6 teachers.

 One HT in a cluster school of at least 3 schools with an aggregate of at


least 6 teachers.
