(2) Construction method to control mixing ratio & moisture contents

① Making Stock pile (Mixing Ratio Control)

- As a trail test in site, 2 Granular stock piles require 30 bucket of local soil to get appropriate mixing ratio

Granular : 2 (number of stock pile) x 35(M3/stock pile) x 1.8(Ton/M3) = 126 Ton

Local Soil : 30 (bucket) x 1.8(Ton/bucket) = 54 Ton

④ In-situ Water Contents Test
- To figure out amount of water supply, we will test the moisture of dry mixing material with speedy moisture tester on site

※ Calculation of Water Quantity

RMC(Required) = OMC – SMC(sample)
< Speedy moisture tester>

⑤ Water mixing
- Making water pond in stock pile and mixing by Heavy Equipment or spray water with water truck to get OMC
