spreadsheet to all DILG provincial offices, or to the regional offices for HUCs, and
their focal persons shall forward the online link to the C/M LGOOs or CDs of their
component cities/municipalities.

Upon the receipt of all CRFs from the cities/municipalities, the DILG BADAC
Provincial Focal Person shall consolidate all the results using the same form and
this shall be submitted to their respective DILG BADAC Regional Focal Person.
