Working in groups of no more than 4 you are going to be preparing
a presentation based on one of the following issues:
• Deforestation
• Air pollution
• Ivory trade
• Animal extinction
• Plastic pollution
• Fast fashion
• Resource demand
• Coral bleaching
 Your Task
Create a google slides presentation on your issue.

Include the following:

• Introduction to the topic

• An explanation of what the issue is (including some up to
date figures about the issue)
• Cause/reasons for the issue
• Impacts of the issue
• Suggested management/solutions, ways forward etc. e.g
what could governments, companies, individuals do to help
• Challenges faced while trying to solve this issue
• Mini Quiz- 5 questions

You will be presenting this to the class and you will be peer
assessed.
 To do this well

• Include all information from the previous slide

• Use the attached links to research your topic
• Use key terms
• Do not copy and paste
• Use a minimum font size of 24
• Text should be concise
• Include lots of relevant images (remember a picture is
worth a thousand words)
