• Highlight:
Order Edge device to site
• Order PRS devices
12NC: 989805210944 for Edge
12NC: 989805210909 for 4G router 
• Check the 4G router is online
• If 4G router is offline, contact Li, Zixin to try to restore the connectivity or order a new 4G router to site.
Appoint deployment time with HSP T1
 Please appoint T1 provision 24 hours in advance with following link

Replace Cisco route with Edge onsite

*BR0 connect to GE4 of 4G router, BR1 connect to modalities

 Pre-config Edge onsite
• Power on Edge device
• BR0 connect to 4G router GE4
• Configure your own laptop with IP 169.254.169.252, mask 255.255.0.0, then directly connected to BR1 with network cable
• Open browser in your laptop https://169.254.169.254:64210 , username is admin, the default password is defaultedgepassword and configure the BR0 and
BR1 with static IP in settings.
• Save the settings. Don’t power off edge device, keep it power on until T1 finish provision

BR1 IP can be found on site-survey Q68, Q69

• 主机上看 BR1 地址
• 运行 CMDroute print, Persistent Routes, 192.68.49.0 对应的 Gateway Address
 Pre-config Edge onsite
• External network test
Tools-->Ping, ping one of the following Ips:
192.101.82.71 192.101.82.72
a. Ping successfully--> connect BR1 to Hospital modalities and contact T1
b. Ping unsuccessfully--> Check BR0 IP address or 4G router.
Don’t power off edge device, keep it power on until T1 finish provision
Contact with HSP T1
• Fill following table, then Contact with HSP T1 and provide this table to T1.

• If HSP T1 feedback the Edge is offline:

a. Check edge SN is correct
b. Follow T1 guide to do the troubleshooting
Verify PRS connectivity on PRS portal
After HSP T1 provision, test the connection on PRS portal.
*Make sure the PRS status is TR after edge replacement.
