    BACKGROUND
    • Job Training is the activity that must be completed by student. Job Training
    is the way to introduce the world of work to student and make student
    more independent. Student will learn lots of things that aren’t learned in
    class. And we were placed at Auto2000 Soepomo.
    • Auto2000 Soepomo is one of many Workshop in Tebet, South Jakarta. The
    Workshop head named Mr.Winawan Susilo,he tough and wise man,and
    the Mechanics are very kind. They teach us how to repair the Vehicles
    properly.
    PURPOSE
    • 1. Getting More experience
    • 2. Develop Our Skills
    • 3. Form a good work ethic for student
    • 4. Improve quality and basic insight in the business world or the industrial
    world
    • 5. Getting serificate of job training
    SCOPE PLACE AND DATE
    • The scope of job training are the • The job training was held from 3
    workshop head,the February to 29 April 2022 at Auto
    mechanics,sparepart shop,canteen 2000 Soepomo.
    and customer.
    RESULT OF JOB TRAINING
    • First week
    The Mechanics teaching and introducing the tools.And they
    teach us how to open the trunk and how to remove the tire,we
    also replace the wiper and checking the spark plugs.
    • Second week
    We are taught how to clean up the brake pads,how to set it
    up and we do tire pressure checks and install tires as well.
    • Third week
    We Are taught how to inflate front and rear tires,how to put
    on tires,we also change and fill oil engine and replace the long
    t rod.
    RESULT OF JOB TRAINING
    • Fourth week
    we change the air filter,replace the tires,check the spark plugs,fill the radiator
    water and battery water and replace wiper as well.
    • Fifth week
    We are taught how to use Vernier Calipers and Other Measuring
    Instrument.we also measure
    the thickness of the brake pads,and replace the shoes brake.
    • Sixth week
    Replace the coil and the plugs as well,fill the gas tank cleaner,fill the
    transmission oil and
    differential oil,and replace the oil filter as well.
    RESULT OF JOB TRAINING
    • Seventh week
    Clean the air filter,check the battery,fill the radiator water,and drain and fill
    brake fluid .
    • Eighth week
    We replace low battery and change with the new one,we replace the spark
    plugs and also the wiper,we replace the oil filter and the replace the fuel pump.
    • Nineth week
    The mechanics teach about how Turbocharger Works,we also replace turbo
    sensor and we check the emission gas as well.
    RESULT OF JOB TRAINING
    • Tenth week
    Clean the brake pads,change the filter of fuel pump,replace the brake lamp,fill
    the oil engine,check the battery,and replace the clutch system
    • Eleventh week
    We Repair Master cylinder and the actuator,and we install the van belt.
    • Twelveth week
    We Change the Clutch system and repair the oil cooler,and replace the long t
    rod.
    • Thirteenth week
    we changebrake lamp,replace wiper,fill the radiator water and fill the
    differential oil and transmission oil.
    CONCLUSION AND SUGESTION

    • The job training is very usefull to get • The workshop isn’t kept clean even
    more experience and knowledge.In thought cleanliness can attract
    the workshop we learn about More customer,the suggestion is
    discipline,independent,And how to improve and add more facilities at
    manage time. Auto 2000 in order to attract more
    customer and also to support
    comfort for customer.
