But first, Let’s begin with a breathing exercise.


Breathing Exercise
1. Sit in a comfortable

Choral Reading
Place your pointer finger on the first word in the textbook
and move it accordingly. Now I will read, you will repeat after

Late at night, a loud noise awakens Vidya and Alok.
‘BOOM’... ‘CRASH’, the Magic Potli falls down.
They open the Magic Potli to see the letters arguing.
What’s the action all about, they wonder!
Each letter thinks that it is better than
the other. They are arguing to decide who
is the best among the 26 letters.

Vidya and Alok think of a plan to stop the argument. They
