Introduction
 Domino’s Pizza is the second largest franchised pizza chain in the U.S.A., Tom and James Monaghan
bought a small Michigan Pizzeria called Dominick's, which was jointly run by them until James traded
his share for a second-hand car. Tom revitalized the image by changing the name to Domino’s Pizza.

1.2 HISTORY OF DOMINO’S PIZZA


 Domino’s started out small, with just one store in Ypsilanti, Michigan, in 1960. Fast forward more
than 60 years, and Domino’s has grown to become one of the most recognized and leading pizza
brands in the world. Here’s a brief look at Domino’s throughout the years.

 Affordability is Domino’s pizza number 1 price strategy. This is the main strategy, but it also will offer deals and promotions.
 For example in the website of the company, if you order a second pizza, it will come on the 50% . Also the delivery will be free. On
this way Domino’s pizza will create more desirable pizza. To low the price below its competitors also could be used coupons.

 The company opened the first Domino’s Pizza outlet in New Delhi, India in 1996.  In the Indian
subcontinent, Domino’s franchise is operated by Jubilant Foodworks Limited. Domino’s has enjoyed
enormous success in India, and it has become its second largest market in the world after the US.

crucial information about it which would help me in my research. In addition, I had analysed the recently publicized YouTube video of
two Domino’s employees performing disgusting acts on food that would be delivered to customers.

people of the selected region.

 After conducting the research work by means of a questionnaire for the common people of the selected region and understanding their
various preferences and choices of answers. to various factors related to consumer satisfaction

5.3 SUGGESTIONS
 Having considered the SWOT analysis above, it is now possible to give the following recommendations to the company. First, the
company should concentrate on increasing its network coverage in India and China in order to seize the looming opportunity in the two
emerging economies. India and China carry less than 2% of the total stores under the Domino’s company (Globaldata). The number of
stores should be increased to more than 20% in the next three years in order to meet the company’s expansion strategy that it is currently
pursuing. Secondly, Domino’s should focus entirely on customer loyalty through insisting on quality and ensuring that all stores deliver
the best delicacies. These guidelines on quality should be adhered to strictly if at all any good results are to be achieved. These two
recommendations are based on the reason that the level of competition in the fast food industry is growing steadily (Young).
