IMPACT ON THE FASHION
INDUSTRY?

WOMAN AND FASHION
•
• This phenomenon of working women in this field truly helps them connect
with the general public as they use their aesthetic sense as well emotions to
create designs
• A good design will always attract consumers and obviously increase the sales
which will have a long term effect on the market's economy as well.
COTTAGE INDUSTRY
• In my opinion if the woman in pakistan didn’t have a big impact on the trends in the fashion industry
different brands like kayseria would have introduced working woman collections. I asked two to three
working woman of what thy would prefer to wear to work and 2 out of them said matching seperates.
As for the fashion industry itself as I said earlier woman tend have a more emotional connection when it
comes to clothing. The fashion industry it self has created so many opportunities for woman living in the
slum areas who cant go out to work those woman are working from home creating beautiful hand
made embroidery pieces etc
