to clothes. we gave the brand name that is Uvida's scarf.

Uvida's scarf is a brand that sells hijab, clothing and accessories. in addition to Muslim
women, this brand can also be used by women who are not hijabi or non-Islamic. With what
we provide, we can also match clothes and hijab or accessories to customers so that customers
no longer need to be confused about where to match.

Uvida's scarf has contemporary hijab models and motifs that are updated every month,
we also provide a set of clothes or customers can also buy them individually if they don't want
a set. If customers want to buy clothes that match directly with their hijab, we also provide
them and will be assisted in choosing by our employees. In today's modern era, many well-
known brands have sprung up with varying prices. However, the majority of these brands have
not been able to provide quality and comfort in wearing them.

Therefore, we try to innovate to create a brand with an affordable price but has quality
and comfort for customers who use it. The concept of the brand that we carry is a brand that
can match outfits from clothes, pants, hijabs and accessories. And we have the vision of this
business is to provide comfort in wearing or shopping for clothes, hijabs or accessories on our
brand. The mission of our business is excellent service and quality.

The market prospect that we are targeting for this business is society in general,
especially women, both children, teenagers and adults. The market prospect is considered very
promising considering the needs of women who want to look cool with their outfits. This
business is also expected to survive and develop in the future because this business is very
much needed by women today.

This business is open every day from 10.00 to 22.00. Our marketing strategy is through
collabs with other well-known brands and promoting them on social media by making
endorsements to artists or celebrities.

The raw materials for this brand are in the form of materials for clothing and the hijab
are obtained from textile distributors in this area, every month the distributor will send the
material to be processed by our designers and tailors to make the latest hijab clothes and
models. The source of the budget for this business is from the personal funds of its founders
and investors who are convinced of the prospects of our business.

Therefore, we choose the type of Muslim clothing that is trending and has many leaders so that
the business we run continues to be a buyer. Some examples of Muslim fashion that we sell

Uvida Scarf fashion is a Muslim fashion label that we produce. The uvida philosophy
itself comes from the combination of our name as the owner of this business, which means
umul vika dita. The reason we gave this name is because apart from being easy to remember,
this brand name is also unique and different from other brands. the reason we founded this
company is to meet the needs of the community for Muslim fashion, although many other
companies have been established but we provide fashion that is different or unique from other
companies

3. What kind a public image do you have?


The public image of the community that we have for this uvida brand is as a brand that
sells complete outfits, especially for a Muslim woman, from clothes, hijabs to accessories.
for people who want to buy clothes and immediately set one with a headscarf and accessories
such as bags or brooches can buy them in our business, namely the Uvida scarf brand, but this
fashion can also be enjoyed by nonis women by selling goods separately. The point is that the
public image of our business is a business that sells and provides outfits from clothing to hijab
for women, both those who wear hijab/non-Islamic, especially Muslim women of all ages, from
children to adults.

4. How many people do you employ ?


This business requires approximately 15 workers to be placed in several divisions. As
in the production section requires 10 workers to sew, design, also packaging. In the marketing
and product promotion section, it requires 3 social media and website admins from this
business. While the control of the main store of Uvida's business will be carried out by us as
business owners and assisted by 2 other workers. For employee recruitment, this business sets

so that it is easy to find and provides convenience for customers. The exact location is located
in the Air Tawar area, Padang. Where many female students are also local residents who will
be the target of selling this business. Uvida's business is not only sold directly in stores but also
sold online on social media such as Instagram and has its own website. This business also uses
a reseller system to increase sales.

The brands we produce are aimed at Muslim women, but can also be enjoyed by nonis
women by purchasing one type of item. Our products are suitable for use by women, both
teenagers and adults from the age of 15 years to 50 years from the upper middle class. We
choose women as the main target as our consumers because women are consumers who have
a high attraction to their appearance. By offering quality products and having the latest styles.

7. Who is your main competitor ?


At the location where this business was founded there are many women's fashion
businesses. There are several competitors from Uvida's business such as businesses that have
the same products with more recent innovations as well as Muslim fashion businesses that have
lower prices. But Uvida Business offers designs for Muslim clothes, bags, and accessories that
are designed by themselves so that they are unique and different from other business products.
From this, Uvida's business can compete with other businesses and attract customers.

8. What are your plan to growth you business ?


We will develop this business by introducing the brand throughout Indonesia and
abroad, we will also of course use quality materials so that consumers can wear our brand
comfortably, so that consumers can promote it by word of mouth from testimonials of its
convenience when using our brand, both Muslim clothes, bags or hijab accessories. We will
also continue to maintain the quality of the material so that it remains comfortable to use by
adults and children. and we will also look for investors so that our brand gets a lot of markets
and we will also collaborate with other well-known brands both from abroad and from
Indonesia

9. What are your most promosing product or services ?


From our brand, we really promote hijab because we really prioritize comfort for
Muslim women who wear it, besides being able to be used as a head cover, this hijab can also
be used as a scarf. We also have various hijab motifs, we will also collaborate with other
famous hijab brands such as Ria Miranda, Buttonscarves and other well-known brands. With
this collab, we will also create a monogrammed hijab motif with the symbol of our brand mixed
with the symbol of the brand being collaborated on.

10. What problem are you going to face and how are you dealing with them ?
The possible problem we will face is competing with well-known brands that have been
established for a long time and have regular or regular customers. The way we overcome this
is by creating goods that our brand sells very well, from raw materials to the distribution
process. We will also accept resellers who want to sell goods from our brand so that our brand
can develop at least in all districts or cities in Indonesia. We will also always maintain the

and attractive and prices that are much more affordable than other brands. other brands as well
as the good service we provide. Not only that, the strategic location of UVIDA itself makes it
easier for consumers to shop. Determining the right aspects to support the sustainability of the
