exceeds the expectations of our esteemed customers. This can be both exciting and challenging.
 For parents with children in school, there are a number of important decisions to make. One of
the most important decisions is how to get your child to and from school safely. That's where
our new van transportation services come in.
 The STS transportation is to provide a safe, secure and licensed transportation service for
students at a pocket friendly to parents/school faculties. We provide an ERP (enterprise resource
planning) system that helps to organized and manage all the transportation activities. We are a
small business with a maximum of 10 to 15 employees. We have a fleet of vans that can
transport your child to and from schools. The vans are equipped with GPS tracking devices so
that parents can track their child's location, also our surveillance team will monitories them all
the time. The service is available in many areas across the KARACHI.

 For our marketing strategy we will hire a digital marketing agency “Think Solutionz. A
software digital marketing company. They create a strong online presence for our company
by developing a one landing page website, launching a social media campaign, and
conducting online advertising. We will offer discounts and promotional offers to schools
faculties and parents who use our services.
 For our financial funds we Look into small business loans. There are many lenders who
offer loans specifically for small businesses. This could be a good option if you don’t qualify
for a traditional bank loan. Other option is finding an investor If you know someone who is
willing to invest in your business, this could be a great way to get the funding you need.
 The capital cost involves making a website and mobile app also setting up a small office to
manage and deal customers. The total project cost is about Rs. 2500,000 ;which also includes
cost of Rs.250,000 to set-up small office with furniture and equipment.

It is only due to this reason, parents used to send their wards to their nearby schools only because in
some schools, this transport system is only confined to just drop-off and pickups, this facility is no
more sufficient as of now because, in the past few years, all the media and newspapers are more
filled with bad articles on schools about lack of safety and precautions, and in some schools, there is
no transport system and parents hired private vans on high charges but they don’t give the assurity of
their security and safety of their child. But STS transportation service has come up the solution it to
ensures parents with their child safety and security and is also helpful for the schools as it helps them
to technologize their transportation system which make them more efficient.

employees. we mostly don’t need more staff of different departments because in our application they have
all facilities like payment structure, drive info check etc. we only needs:

Our location/office will be at main Shahar e Faisal, Karachi where all the best schools are nearby. But our
location does not matter because our business is depending on technology driven system software where
we can run wherever we want.

STS Is a technology-driven software system, designed for the purpose to make transportation system easier for
School faculties/Students. It gives area wise services to different schools and students by giving them subscription
and providing the facilities of easy, safe and secure transportation. It uses ERP system which give them overall
information single handedly.
In case of any exigencies, parents can receive instant alerts and updates via SMS (short messaging system) on their
mobile. This provides them peace of mind knowing that if any emergency or accident takes place, they are
immediately informed.
Target market:
Our ERP (enterprise resources planning) system became the need of the hour, with dynamic features providing effective
maintenance of transportation and admin tasks. Our main target is parents and private van drivers.
Parents can rest easy about their child’s safety and security . It enables the tracking of transport vehicles like a mini-vans
and hi-roof and also get the info of the van drivers. Parents are able to even use this tracking feature on the mobile

conditioning systems and pre assigned seats for the students. The parents/students will
have the autonomy to track and monitor their van from their smartphones, get
notifications and alerts regarding pick and drop, stay updated regarding the van's ETA
