Subject: Rehabilitation of Gate 1 - 6 Steel Gate (LTAI)

Purpose: To restore material condition

General Method and procedure:

Steel Gate:
1. Install re-routing signage at Steel gate perimeter
2. Scraping of old and spotted faded metal paints
3. Grinding of rusty portions
4. Re-greasing of Pillow block
5. Application of metal primer coat
6. Application of top coating paint
7. Re-tighten of support round bar and turn buckle
8. Installation of pedestal post with Chain and hook set

Concrete Works:
9. Construct footing for pedestal with rebars
10. Refurbishing of Concrete post by plastering, cut, grind works
11. Application of Elastomeric paint
