programmed.Machine learning focuses
on the development of computer programs

subordinates, to assign duties, give instructions, to inform to offer feed

down below, to give feedback, to inform about progress/problems,
seeking approvals.

Formal Network : Virtually vertical as per chain go command within
the hierarchy.
