CONCLUSION

 This research work entitled “JOB SATISFACTION OF


GOVERNMENT OFFICERS” basically foused to find out the job
satisfaction level.

 The analysis has shown the relationship betwwen different


dimensions work motivation and the job satisfaction.

 The study proves that the employees are satisfied with the salary,
incentives, medical benefits, transportation facilities provided by
the local level Gaushala Municipality.
