skills you require your assistants to have. This way we can find a great match for you.
 Before hiring all applicants go through an extensive background check so all of our assistants
are trustworthy. We are currently working with executives at multiple companies and have
signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement considering their need for security and confidentiality.
 Firstly, we would never hire a professional who we deem is unworthy for the job. All our
virtual assistants are hired after strict tests delineating their merit and expertise. If however
you feel that the assigned virtual assistant is not up to you expectations, you can always
request for a change.
 We will create a FTP site for you and give its access and login credentials. Also, we will
provide you the path to upload your files. With these details you can easily upload your files
to our FTP server.
 Yes, we offer free trial for all our data entry services. You can avail that even before signing a
contract with us to check the quality of our services, and decide whether to outsource to us.
 Our usual work timings are from Monday 8:00 AM EST (5:30 AM IST) to Friday 5:00 PM EST
(2:30 AM IST). But, we are open to do work on weekends if the situation demands and
informed about the same by Thursday evening or Monday morning
