• Shows both the difficulties autistic patients face, and

the talents they have.

• Shows examples of how people can provide support to

autistic patients

• Shows how companies should treat neurodiverse

employees

• Weakness:

• Only shows one specific kind of people that have the

autism disorder, which can lead to misinterpretations

Problems Solutions

• What can companies change so that autistic patients • Companies should change the traditional
can also have equal opportunities as neurotypical employment approach; interviewing. Because for
people when it comes to employment? most autistic patients they have difficulties having
conversations, good eye contact, and can be overly
honest about their own weaknesses. Interviews are
not the only way to recognize talents in employees,
the companies should try a method of hiring
workers, where they let employers work a few
months in the company, and see if they display their
talents over time. This would greatly increase the
employment rate of patients with autism, since
autistic patients need more time to adapt than
neurotypical people.
