 Leadership and Management as well as the Morale and Welfare ratings were
maintained for the Quarter. This implies that PAF leadership and Programs Activities
and Projects have been effective in addressing the issues and concerns of PAF
personnel within the new normal setting.
 Discipline, Law and Order rating improved due to enhanced discipline and the
reduced reported cases of PAF personnel this quarter. Significant is the relentless
effort of the Command through the PAF/Units survey board to resolve 68 cases out of
75 cases of Lost and Unrecalled Firearms.
 LMD Survey significantly improved with the inclusion of additional survey
questionnaires regarding the integrity of the procurement and its implementation.
 With the end-goal of improving the performance of the PAF Units, it is highly
recommended to sustain interventions in order to enhance the PAF systems and
processes.
