The weather condition and the elements of

weather.

Weather- the condition of earth’s atmosphere at a given

time and place.

Atmosphere- layers of gasses that surround the earth.

Note: Weather is unpredictable. It can change from day to
day. on some day the weather is cloudy or rainy. On other
days, it is sunny.

The weather can also change within a day. It may be

sunny in the morning, but it can be rainy in the afternoon.
Kinds of Weather

Cirrus cloud
Fine- during sunny day, the sun shines bright and
the air feel warm. You see feather-like clouds in the
sky during sunny day too.
 Cummulus
cloud
Fair- during cloudy days, the sun behind thick
cotton-like clouds. There is a big chances of rain
during this weather.
 Stratus cloud
Rainy- its raining for most of the day, dark clouds
bring rain. Rain may cause flood if it continues for
a long period of time.
 Nimbus cloud

Stormy- day when there is heavy rainfall and

strong wind. The sky is covered with thick dark
clouds during stormy day. You feel strong wind
too. You may occasionally lightning and hear
thunder too.
