Answer: The similarity of this two are they both spread information and give
a message to its receiver. And also, it’s a formal way of business management
to inform its entity and its stakeholders. The different between those two
documents are the process of disseminating the information and also the
recipient. Memorandum talks or spread the message in general way or in more
audience that the business letter. The business letter spread out information
into a specific entity of the business management.
