OVERVIEW - MONTHLY RATE
• Standard working days for a year 248 days; holiday work 12 days
• Total working days in a year 260 days
Standard working hours 248 days x 8 hours 1,984 hrs
Normal overtime hours 248 days x 1 hr x 125% 310 hrs
Holiday work 12 days x 9 hrs x 130% 140.40 hrs
Total hours 2,434.40 hrs
Social Security System Maximum salary credit Php30,000.00 (v2023)+ 900.00 (SS)
Mandatory WISP in excess of Php20K salary +
(Worker’s Investment and Savings Program) 450 (WISP)
Philhealth 4% of your monthly salary, maximum at 80K Min 200
(increase to 4.5% in 2023 is suspended) Max 1,600.00

Those who are filing VL/SL on those days will NOT be qualified for
the additional holiday pay, nor who rendered undertime on any days
above.
OVERTIME COVERAGE AND CREDITING
PAY RATE
He will get:
1.The OT rendered, if not yet given
2.The basic salary, if there is still
3.13th month pay, pro-rata (employee stayed in the Company for more than 1 month
4.VL, up to ten (10) days, if qualified
5.Tax Refund
We will deduct:
1.Remaining SSS loan balance (whole)
2.SSS, PHIC, HDMF for the month of resignation
3.LWOP, if there is any

Employee will receive two (2) copies of signed BIR Form 2316 on the 2nd week of February of the following year
