Those who are filing VL/SL on those days will NOT be qualified for
the additional holiday pay, nor who rendered undertime on any days
above.

WHEN EMPLOYEE RESIGNS…

He will get:
1.The OT rendered, if not yet given
2.The basic salary, if there is still
3.13th month pay, pro-rata (employee stayed in the Company for more than 1 month
4.VL, up to ten (10) days, if qualified
5.Tax Refund

We will deduct:
1.Remaining SSS loan balance (whole)
2.SSS, PHIC, HDMF for the month of resignation
3.LWOP, if there is any

Employee will receive two (2) copies of signed BIR Form 2316 on the 2nd week of February of the following year
