    different kinds of challenges, select one
    and write a paragraph in which you
    analyze the challenge providing details
    from the picture to clarify your analysis.
    CCC’s of Writing
    Claim—Identify the challenge from the picture.

    Claim Evidence—Use details from the visual text to describe the challenge
    and how the person might be responding to this challenge.

    Commentary—Explain your own thoughts, feelings, connections, etc. about


    this challenge. Evaluate what it says about those who can overcome this
    obstacle. Can you connect or relate to the person in the picture? 
    Discuss why is it important to overcome obstacles in general?
