    of making sale.

     Communication is perhaps the most essential component in


    business. Without communication, companies cannot interact
    with their customers. Internally, the confusion will occur will
    decrease productivity. Without well- defined oral
    communication skills, an employee may not be able to move in
    front of him or his colleagues.
