Hindrances

1 Initial delay in handing over clear site by Client. Existing hospital blocks (Septic
ward, ICU, NHRM office) dismantled and shifted on 09.12.16.
( 3 months after start of work.)

2 Further delay occurred due to Pan/Grocery shop and Medical Shop exists in the
area of main blocks, which could be vacated by Client on 02.03.17.
( 6 months after start of work.)

3 One Medical shop is still exists which will hinder the external development works.
Client informed that Court-stay order has obtained by the shop keeper. Client is
pursuing to vacate the same and referred this matter to their Legal advisor.

4 11 KVA power line was passing above Service Block.

5 Unprecedented rainfall during monsoon subsequent floods at Assam.
