management is that the lifestyle can affect your weight
management by eating unhealthy foods and not doing
exercises and you may become obese/fat by doing so.

•But if you overcome this lifestyle by eating healthy


foods and exercising, your weight management can br
avarage and not go beyond the normal weight.

• Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack called “meryenda”, dinner, and last midnight snack
