• WHEN I WAS A GIRL I PRACTICED SWIMMING AT SCHOOL.
• SWIMMING IS A SKILL THAT ALLOWS US TO MOVE UNDER WATER
ITS ADVANTAGES:
• It USES most muscle groups and is a demanding physical exercise that
helps keep your heart and lungs healthy. Swimming also helps keep
your joints flexible, especially your neck, shoulders, and pelvis.
