A telescope is a device that magnifies views of
faraway things. The telescope is without a doubt the
essential research tool in astronomy. It allows for
collecting and analyzing radiation from celestial
objects, even those in the furthest reaches of the
cosmos.
It allows for the collection and analysis of radiation

reaches of the cosmos. You supplied a device that
captures light from and amplifies photos of faraway
objects, unquestionably the most essential
investigation tool in astronomy.

The creation of the
telescope
The creation of the telescope was important in
increasing our understanding of Earth's location in the
universe. While the fundamentals of telescopes were
known as early as the late 16th century, the first
telescopes were built in the Netherlands in 1608.
Telescopes were separately produced by spectacle
manufacturers Hans Lippershey & Zacharias Janssen
and Jacob Metius. The telescope sprang from a legacy of
craftsmanship and technological innovation centered
on spectacles and advances in optics research that can
be traced back to Roger Bacon and a group of Islamic
scientists.
Galileo
and
Telescope
Early telescopes were primarily employed for
terrestrial observations like surveying and military
tactics. Galileo Galilei (1564-1642) was a member of a
ti ny group of astronomers who used telescopes to look
up at the stars. Galileo built his own telescope after
hearing about the "Danish perspective glass" in 1609.
He later displayed the telescope in Venice. His
telescopic presentation won him a lifelong lectureship.
Galileo
and
Telescope
After his initial success, Galileo focused on refi ning the
instrument. The initial telescope he created (and the
Dutch ones it was based on) magnifi ed objects three
diameters. That is, it made things look three times
larger than they did with the naked eye. Through
refi ning the design of the telescope he developed an
instrument that could magnify eight times, and
eventually thirty times. after all the success prove
Galileo began drawing his impressions of the skies
shortly after his initial telescopic observations. He
was eager to share his discoveries. His observations
and interpretations of stars, the moon, Jupiter, the
sun, and Venus's phases were crucial in improving
our understanding of the universe.
Telescope

A theodolite is a precision optical instrument used to measure angles

between designated visible points in the horizontal and vertical planes.
It has traditionally been used for land surveying, but it is also widely
used in building and infrastructure construction, as well as some
specialized applications such as meteorology and rocket launching. It is
made out of a movable telescope that may revolve along horizontal and
vertical axes to generate angular readouts.
