Any person who is interested to lease land or buildings from ports can submit proposal that outline
the following:

• Extent of the land / building

• Usage

• Period

• Rental offer per month, which excludes rates and taxes, utilities as per consumption.

Engagement of the Market

The Port follows a transparent process to test the market, TNPA will do business with entities who
are level 4 BBBEE or higher.
