Research Problem

 How are the learning process activities

conducted in COVID 19 pandemics in the New
Normal at the EESP FE UNP to reach the aims?
Underlying principles
 Teaching Strategy:
PAIKEM Learning Process is used learning experience. The
abbreviation stand for P Practice, A Active, I
Innovative, K Creative, E Effective and M Fun learning
process
 Assessment of Performance:
Balance Scorecard (BSC) modified are used to description
and analyze the result; they are Financial, Customers,
Internal business process and Learning and Growth.
 BSC for PAIKEM
is modified into 10 attributes. They are material, media,
books, method, discussion, task, feedback, efficiency,
affectivity, and competency. All attributes become the
indicator of the PAIKEM learning process
Methods
 Survey was done in EESP-FE UNP
 Activities took place at some classroom sessions in
EESP-FE UNP in semester Jan-Jun 2020, Jul-Dec
2020; and Jan-Jun 2021
 Sample was selected by the researcher’s judgment
 The data were collected by using interval
measurement likert scale.
 The questionnaire was developed by 10 indicators
for every attribute of PAIKEM. The students were also
encouraged to write their comments about the online
learning process at the space given in the
questionnaire.
 The data were analyzed using the modified BSC
 The result is explained descriptively
