SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir / Madam,

I purchased a smartphone from your store, Perfect Electronics, on February 10 th, 2021. It cost me BD320. At home, I realized that it was
not working properly. For example, the screen went blank for a long time. Besides, most apps failed to start, even though I had tried to
update them.

As a result, I decided to take it back to your shop on the same day. Once there, and to my surprise, all the shop-assistants refused to
replace my smartphone. They also told me that I would never get my money back, although I showed them the receipt.

Attached you can find a copy of your store warranty. It clearly states that your store shall replace any devices that do not work properly. I
hope you will help me get my money back. Otherwise, I will have to take further action to resolve this issue.

Best Regards,

Noor Ahmed
