 I´m going to the gym today and do legs


for 1 minute.
TUESDAY
 I will have breakfast greek yogurt with
banana, nuts and cinnamon.

 I shall have leek an apple cream of


lunch.

 I will snack pork loin accompanied by


brown rice.

 I´m going to the gym today and perfom


triceps for 2 minute.
WEDNESDAY
 I will have whole wheat bread with ham
and cheese for breakfast.

 I shall have lunch lentil stew with


vegetables.

 I will have a snack microware potato


omellette with tomato, cucumber and
avocado salad.

 I´m going to the gym today and do


squats for 2 minutes.
THURSDAY
 I will have breakfast natural yogurt with
oat flakes.

 I shall have lunch sauteed spaghetti


with quinoa.

 I will snack on steamed fish and


vegetable salad.

 I´m going to the gym today and do tap


backs for 2 minutes.
FRIDAY
 I will have whole grain cereal with milk
for breakfast.

 I shall have vegetable soup with brown


rice for lunch.

 I will snack on shrimp and steamed


beans.

 I´m going to the gym today burpees for


2 minute.
SATURDAY
 I will have banana and oatmeal
pancakes with pineapple juice for
breakfast.

 I shall have salmon with vegetables for


lunch.

 I will snack on chicken skewers with


lettuce.

 I´m going to the gym today to do


crunches for 2 minutes .
SUNDAY
 I will have yogurt with fruit for
breakfast.

 I shall have mashed potatoes with roast


beet for lunch.

 I will have tuna salad with vegetables .

 I´m going to the gym today I do glutes


for 1 minute .
