Vision Statement: "Empowering students to reach their


full potential through innovative teaching,
collaborative learning, and community engagement."

Mission Statement: "To provide a safe, supportive, and


nurturing environment that promotes academic
excellence, personal growth, and social responsibility."
Implementing the
school's vision and
mission
1st strategy: communication
★ There is a need to meet regularly with stakeholders or teachers at least
once a week, once a month, or once every other week, as necessary

★ The provision of documentation is necessary

★ Data collection and analysis to improving performance

★ Can track progress enables students to take responsibility for their actions.
Second Strategy: Career Goals for
Students
★ Helps students in realizing that there are important careers available to
them.

★ Motivating students to stay in school and work hard in order to get a


successful career.

★ An inclusive workplace does not have to be designed for men or women.


Third strategy is to collaborate with staff
★ Collaboration across grade levels

★ Collecting student success data as a team

★ Identify "projects" that can be incorporated into the next year's schedule along with
other staff members.

★ Resources and responsibilities increased for teachers

★ Encouraging students to express satisfaction with their work will encourage them
to engage in higher-level learning.
Fourth strategy: Community involvement
★ A good school makes the neighborhood look better, and property values
rise

★ By giving the community a sense of ownership, students and staff care


more about the school as well.

★ Projects such as community gardens and recycling can benefit local


businesses and families
The fifth strategy is to support
★ Positive school cultures are maintained by leadership support.
★ Providing teachers with support
★ Supporting the campus community

★ Students' support:
★ Nurture your students. Show them that you care
★ Place of Safety by providing a safe environment for students
★ Communicate your concern for the environment to students and families
Sixth strategy is to sponsor events at the
school
★ Prepares students to work together as a team
★ Solution-oriented skills when things go wrong
★ Parent and stakeholder involvement
★ Encourages students to see the outside world
★ Increases student awareness:
★ Meeting people from different cultures
★ Location and directions
★ Demographics when traveling to other events

with students

★ Programs such as DARE and Boys & Girls Clubs
