Professional learning communities (PLC’s) are structured
techniques where
teachers collaborate, share
expertise, and learn together
in a specified subject or
environment.

learning. These meetings provide
opportunities for educator to build
relationships, share, refine,
brainstorm, and reflect on
ways to improve student
achievement.
