• Catherine's Crisp and Chips is a snacks shop that
aims to provide customers with quality products
at reasonable and just prices Catherines Crisp
and Chips seeks to come up with products that
will be distinct from our competitors, provide
satisfaction to the customers, ensure quality taste,
and will offer a new variety of chips.
Nature of Business
• Catherine's Crisps and Chips
provides tasty, mouthwatering,
and refreshing food. We
provide handcrafted and fresh
products at all times during
business operations. The
products are prepared
throughout the day to ensure
their quality and freshness.
 Our Target
Customers:
• Our shop is can be found
inside the school of Saint
Charles Academy. So the
target customers will be all the
students, and teachers and
other people that can be a
possible customers like
families or groups of friends.
These people might need a
food where they can have
beverages and snacks.
FINANCIAL
- Catherine's Crisps and
PLAN Chips entrepreneurs raised a
total of Php 661. from an
individual contribution of
Php 180. The total
contribution of the
entrepreneurs is divided
between product expenses
and the improvement of
Catherine's Crisps and
Chips. The company must
earn Php 800 per day for six
days in order to reach a total
revenue of Php 4,800. The
earnings from the 6-day
operation will be divided
 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
• Catherine's Crisps and Chips is a small food stall found in the
garden of Saint Charles Academy, located in Malong St., San
Carlos City, Pangasinan. The stall features snacks, specifically
nachos, fries and popcorn, and refreshments for anyone to eat
on the go; served in good quality that will be sure to satisfy
your cravings. We chose to start this business because we
noticed a demand in fries and popcorn because the school
canteen/cafeteria no longer sold these. We saw this as an
opportunity to make a profit, while also giving the people a
service that can provide their needs.
 DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS
• CATHERINE'S CRISP AND CHIPS offers Nachos &
Fries and Magic Water, which are the main products.
It also offers sweets and good quality foods. The
entrepreneurs provide quality service by accepting
reservations and deliveries. Size of the Business.
• The CATHERINE'S CRISPS AND CHIPS is a
business that was established by the Gr. 12 (STEM)
of Saint Catherine of Siena, Set B.

MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
• Main dish
“Nachos & Fries” - Prepare one-half cup of cooking oil and pour it in the pan. Heat
it on medium-high heat, and after a few minutes, put the fries in the pan for 5
minutes or more to make them crunchy. Put the fries in a strainer and put them in a
container with tissue to lessen the oil. The next step is to prepare a container with
cheese powder and put the cooked fries into containers to mix them. Grab a paper
plate and put the nachos and fries on it. Add some mayonnaise and ketchup.
• DRINKS
“Magic Water” - First, put the water in the container, then add 1 kilogram of sugar
and stir it. After that, add the banana essence and the ice cubes to the container.
