Chất lượng cuộc sống (CLCS) là một khái niệm rất rộng và được định nghĩa theo nhiều ý kiến khác nhau. Tổ chức Y tế
Thế giới (WHO) xác định 6 lĩnh vực nòng cốt trong CLCS liên quan đến sức khỏe (Health Related Quality of Life – HRQoL)
gồm: Sức khỏe thể chất; sức khỏe tâm thần; mức độ độc lập; quan hệ xã hội; môi trường; niềm tin và giá trị bản thân.

Ở các trường đại học, việc tìm hiểu CLCS của sinh viên là rất quan trọng, góp phần đưa ra các giải pháp nhằm
nâng cao CLCS của nhóm đối tượng này.

Đại dịch COVID-19 từ khi xuất hiện vào cuối tháng 12 năm 2019 đến nay đã tác động tiêu cực không những lên các mặt
của đời sống, kinh tế xã hội của nhiều đất nước mà còn tác động lên sức khỏe tâm thần, sức khỏe thể chất và tạo ra
những rào cản mới cho con người. Tại một nghiên cứu trên sinh viên các trường đại học tại Hy Lạp trong thời gian giãn
cách xã hội do COVID-19, tỷ lệ sinh viên bị trầm cảm lên đến 74,3%.

So với sinh viên nhiều ngành, sinh viên ngành TITLE
phải chịu áp lực căng thẳng ở mức độ cao do tính chất ngành
nghề, môi trường học tập và được đánh giá là có nguy cơ chất lượng cuộc sống kém hơn so với các đối tượng khác.
Những yếu tố này có thể góp phần làm giảm chất lượng cuộc sống của sinh viên Y, đặc biệt là trong thời kì bị mắc
COVID-19. Đo lường CLCS của sinh viên trong thời kì COVID-19 sẽ giúp chúng ta đánh giá tổng quát sức khỏe của sinh
viên y, từ đó đưa ra các can thiệp nhằm cải thiện, nâng cao CLCS của họ.
Đặt vấn đề:

Chính vì vậy, chúng tôi tiến hành nghiên cứu, xây dựng đề tài : “Đo lường chất lượng cuộc sống trong thời
kì mắc COVID-19 của sinh viên Y2 trong trường Đại học Y Hà Nội” với mục tiêu:

1. Mô tả chất lượng cuộc sống của sinh viên Y2 trong trường Đại học Y Hà Nội trong thời kì mắc COVID-19.

2. Phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan đến chất lượng cuộc sống của sinh viên Y2 trong trường Đại học Y Hà
Nội trong thời kì mắc COVID-19.

 - Đối tượng: Nghiên cứu bao gồm sinh viên năm thứ 2 (Y2) trường Đại học Y Hà
Nội và đồng ý tham gia nghiên cứu.

- Phương pháp chọn lọc lấy mẫu: Lấy mẫu sinh viên khối Y2 Đại học Y Hà Nội.

- Cỡ mẫu dự kiến: 70 - 80 sinh viên, thực tế: 74 sinh viên.

- Thời gian nghiên cứu: thời gian nghiên cứu từ ngày 29/5/2022 đến ngày 4/6/2022.
- Địa điểm: nghiên cứu được thực hiện tại trường Đại học Y Hà Nội.
