WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH?
Mental wellbeing
describes your mental
state - how you are
feeling and how well you
can cope with day-to-day
life.
 
Our mental wellbeing
is dynamic. It can change
from moment to moment,
day to day, month to
month or year to year.’

We all tend to take care of
our body. We like to keep
ourselves clean, wear
clean clothes, try to be
healthy all the time but
what about the mind and
our mental well being?

If you have good mental wellbeing, you are able to:

negatively impact them and have long-lasting effects.

support and encouragement, and health hazards can make a

MENTAL Discrimination and other human rights violations: has a


negative impact on a person’s feelings of self-worth,
