MENTAL HEALTH

The definition of mental health is


more than just the absence of disease
or mental illness.
MENTAL
It is the possession, development and

inherited and others acquired.

cognitive wellbeing, not merely the
absence of a mental disorder.
A state of well being in which an

negative effect on their lives or the lives
of their families.
