INTRODUCTION

We could say that the lack of water arises as a result of climate change, when there is not
enough rain and high temperatures remain, in addition to the poor care of human beings.
When there is not enough of this valuable liquid, it is very difficult to access it or its quality
is very poor, causing a worldwide problem to satisfy the basic needs of the individual.
EFFECTS OF WATER SHORTAGE

There are many consequences of water shortage but the most important are the lack of water in
humans and animals and that can generate death, drought of plants and land in the word, lack of
hygiene in humans and animals, sickness and poverty because of the high price of water or the
difficult access to water.
CAUSES OF THE GLOBAL ISSUE

The water shortage is a natural phenomenon, but also a problem induced by human
beings. Even though there is enough fresh water on the planet to meet the needs of a
world population of about seven billion people, its distribution is uneven
One of the main causes is pollution to water resources, another problem is the water
footprint, this is the water that is destined for food cultivation, for example vegetables
or fruit.
SOLUTIONS OF GLOBAL ISSUES

Solutions to address water scarcity include dams and reservoirs, rainwater


harvesting, aqueducts, desalination, water reuse, and water conservation.
CONCLUSIÓN
In conclusion the Water shortage is a worldwide problem that affects various
types, health, economic, etc. But this problem has solutions, an example is water
conservation, water reuse, the best thing to do is prevent this global issues
continuing to affect us.
