Affirmative side
First argument, current crimes nowadays that
spreads in our country is not normal anymore.
Hence, lethal force is one of the solution that we
can do to stop crimes. Implementing the usage of
lethal force by our policemen can scares out the
criminals and that causes a less of criminal
records in this country.
Second argument, Police are one of the
disciplined citizens here in our country. They are
the one that we can entrust our life. So the usage
of lethal force is very effective. In fact it can help
to lessen the criminals and as well as the drug
addicts. Being conscious to your health doesn’t
matter on this topic because you have nothing to
worry if you are not making a crime.
Lethal force might be brutal as it commonly says
but it is a effective way to lessen the criminals
here in our country,
Counter Argument
I disagree to the statement that you deliver. A
lot of aspects should be considered in this
topic and one is the health of each and every
one of us. Based on the republic of 2009
no.9745 also known as Anti-torture act. You
have no rights to torture, to punish a person
with degrading emotion or inhumane actions.
Lethal force is not just a thing that police can
use anytime. It is a system wherein extremely
actions are allowed. We shan’t use lethal
force. Instead Strict and mandatory of the
right acts will do. In that process no one will
get hurt but the government can assure you
that you will have the justice that you deserve.
Lethal force is not the solution to stop crimes.
 4. Schools should have armed guards
Defending side
First argument, The idea of having armed guards at school
is very effective. To ensure the safety of each students and
teachers, armed guards are the best thing to do. Principals
should consider this platform because it gives the best
assurance to the parents that their children is safe when at
school.
Second argument, Armed guards received the proper
education of handling firearms and got a diploma from the
proper institution. That is the reason why Guards can
handle it carefully.
Third argument, Criminals mostly attack at night, well then
the security must have the weapon to use in order to
protect themselves from any harm. Aside from the safety of
our security guards at school, it is way more better that
they are confident that they can protect themselves from
any danger.
Counter argument
First and foremost, school is a safe place wherein you can
entrust your children for their safety. Based on the republic
act of 2013 no.10591 also known as comprehensive
firearms ammunition regulation act, School staff should not
carry guns because they are lack of tactical knowledge of
handling weapons that trained from the law enforcement
personnel receive on a regular day basis.
In addition, armed guards are different from security
guards. Security guards in school is only responsible for
checking the school property and unauthorized persons.
They are not responsible for any crimes that are happening
inside the school. Not unless, they are the one who lets
enter it.
Although they are security guards, they still have no license
from the authorities yet. The education that they receive is
not the same from the police that carries the gun in all the
time. Having weapons without license is punishable by the
law.
 5. Social media contribute to teenage suicide
Defending side
I agree to the statement that social media contribute to
teenage suicide. Current population or the usage of social
media is 4.97 billion? Can you imagine? Reading and
getting information from different sources are really not
that good. They are not from liable sources.
First argument that we are talking is about the spreading
fake news through the social media platform. Fake news
have the biggest factor on teenage suicide. Fake news can
lead into different bad effects through the social media.
That is why based on the republic act of 10175 section 6 or
also known as (Anti Cybercrime Law) spreading fake news is
prohibited by the law.
Second argument. Social media gets to give negative
messages, self-harm, some are out of the community
standards and mostly is adopting self harm practices from
shared videos. All the situation that I stated includes all in
cybercrime which is related to social media.
Counter argument
I disagree to the statement that you have said. Mental
health awareness comes in this situation. All actions and
activity that you are doing is the reflection of your mental,
physical and emotional health. Teenage suicide is a self-
harm that goes into the type of health which is the mental
health.
Mental health is one of the most important type of health
that should be taking care of. You will not commit suicide if
you are in the right thinking. Not to discriminate one’s
feeling nor thinking but as the psychology says, “Mental
Illness occurs only when you don’t take care of your mental
health”
If you do take care of your mental health properly you will
not think of any suicidal think or self-harm. So it is very
important to speak somebody always, if you have a
problem. Social media has nothing to do with this situation.

health in order to free yourself from self-harm
