HELPER can help you find a
mentor, and provides information
about mentors before you apply for
their mentorship. It aims to help
students and others seeking
mentorship, and technology has
made this system accessible to both
students and certified teachers.
Scope
Mentor the Helper (MTH) is an
online system that allows users to
sign up as either students or
mentors. Mentors must pass a test
and be approved by the admin
before being listed. The system is
designed for users to post their
needs for mentors or online
assistance with assignments.
 Overall Description

 The Mentor the Helper (MTH) internet application will be accessible online. Its service for students who
require assistance with their studies, as well as finding mentors.
 The Mentor the Helper (MTH) internet application will be accessible online and will implement the Php
programming language , Javascript programming language,CSS and Bootstrap for designing and Mysql for
the database.


Main Web Interface
The tabs on the top of the interface will explain how
the website works, including logins and registration,
which make up the main user interface.
Register Interface

Register Interface Is where you can Make

Account or Signup Either for the Purpose of
Student Account or Mentor Account.
 Login Interface

Login Interface its where the user will login and

what type of account, they will login
 User Main Interface

This is the main user interface where the menus and submenus are put and distinguish the type of user
they are into.
 Browse Interface

In this interface it can see all the students or mentors and can search a specific type of student or
mentor they want to and also, they can browse a job that is available.
Post job offer interface

The tabs on the left and upper sides of the interface,

make up the admin interface and their uses. In which the
user can input job titles and types and some it are skills
and deadline.
 Message Interface & Write message interface

The Menu for the Message Interface its Its where you make Personal message to The

to send your message to. educational purposes.

Student use Case

In this use case, the student will post the assignment, tasks
that the public can see and with which they may assist, and
they can respond through comments. They can also report
any offensive postings or comments that infringe their rights.
The student can unlock a mentor's contact information to get
in touch with them but unlocking it needs to pay a price. The
student can rate the mentors and categorize them based on
their performance ratings in the system.
 
Mentor use Case

The mentor will list their offer subjects, credentials, and

contact information in this use case. However, the contact
information will be locked in the view form until it is
unlocked, at which point the contract information will be
displayed. They can also comment and report any
malicious postings or comments that violate their rights.
Administrator Use Case
In this use case, the administrator will verify the applicant for mentors.
The administrator will also monitor the users, manage the reports if
there are violators, and take action by deactivating the users' accounts if
necessary.
